| EAS is always on time and efficient. Even though I brought my car in for an oil change, the car's exterior and interior were cleaned and detailed. Can't be more satisfied! |
| I'd trust your team with a newborn baby! The service I've gotten makes me feel confident that I can keep the car running indefinitely. And all the small niceties that have gone by the wayside for other mechanics are all still in play with EAS. Love you guys. |

| More experience and knowledge relating to Mercedes (particularly older ones) than any dealership is apt to offer, with a more personal small-business atmosphere. Just look at their facility, loaded with vintage cars being repaired. |

| EAS has taken care of all our cars since its inception (Mercedes and BMW). Ed and Ken came from a prior family owned company in Wayland/Sudbury that provided our first cars in 1995. EAS continues to being passion and excellence to all their work with us, and we really appreciate their service consistency, sincerity and honesty. |

| Great communication on the100,000 mile maintenance for my 2016 BMW X5. |

| They provided a great inspection of my 2016 BMW X5 and made all the necessary repairs. Much better service than BMW. Communication on repairs was excellent. |

| The whole crew at EAS are great, from the posh Executive Suite to the phone bank and great team of mechanics as well as the automotive washing group. |
